Current issue of the Mountaineer defaced

Today, editions of the current Mountaineer newspaper were found in the newsrack in front of the Mountaineer newsroom, located in Bldg 26D room 3220, with “Liar” written in red marker across Obama’s forehead.
Stacks of newspapers were also found stuffed in recycle bins and trash cans on the Miracle Mile.
Campus police were notified and took copies [...]

March 5 – [Update]
Students, faculty, and education protection activists rallied yesterday at the Free Speech Area in protest of budget cuts, furloughs, layoffs, and tuition hikes.
Protesters marched through the Student Service Center to Bldg. 26, past the Mountie Grill, and then concluded the demonstration with an open forum at the Free Speech Area.
