Tomorrow will be a national No Phone Zone Day. Oprah Winfrey began a nationwide crusade to stop people from talking and texting on their phones while driving and now has set a day for the U.S. to promote awareness to make everyone’s car a “No Phone Zone.” For tomorrow, No Phone Zone asked everyone to not talk or text while driving.
According to an email from No Phone Zone, “more than 190,000 people from all walks of life-mothers, father, sisters, brothers, daughters and sons-have joined the cause.”
Tomorrow, refrain from talking or texting on your phone all day in support to prevent harming other people’s lives from distracted drivers.
