Today is the final day to vote on the new Associated Students constitution and Article 5 online at as.mtsac.edu.
Article 5 was removed and put on the ballot as a separate measure due to concerns clubs raised about it’s potential impact on enrollment in extracurricular organizations.
AS officers say the new constitution is merely reverting back to it’s past incarnation and will hold student leaders to a higher standard by imposing a requirement of five semester units and a 2.5 GPA.
You can vote online here using your Banner System login if you paid the $11 student activities fee in the beginning of the semester.
